Roles and Responsibilities of Project Team Members
Roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders must be clearly defined in any project. Roles And Responsibilities Of Project Managers
Roles and responsibilities of a project to upgrade programs are essential to the success of the project. Project Manager (PM), (1 position): responsible for the overall success of a software development project. Project Manager must authorize and approve all project expenditures. The Project Manager is also responsible for approving the work activities that meet the acceptance criteria established within the acceptable differences. PM will be responsible for reporting on the status of the project in accordance with the Communications Management Plan. PM will evaluate the performance of all members of the project team and to communicate the performance of their functional managers. And PM is also responsible for getting the human resources of the project through coordination with functional managers. Project Manager must possess the following skills: leadership, management, scheduling, budgeting, and effective communication.
Design Engineer (DE), (2 positions): responsible for collecting the coding requirements for a software development project. And DES are responsible for all the upgrade design, coding, and testing software upgrade. DES will help lead in the distribution and implementation of the monitoring software upgrades across the network infrastructure. DES will be responsible for the situation in a timely submission of reports to the Project Manager as required by the Communications Management Plan. And DES may not authorize any project expenditures and does not allocate any resources without the consent of the PM. The performance will be managed by the DE PM and communicated to the design management technology group (functional manager for DE). DES must be proficient in programming HTML, C + +, and Java programming languages.
Implementation manager (IM,) (1 position): The IM is responsible for the distribution, implementation and monitoring of the development of new software. And IM is responsible for working with DES to ensure that all coding in a new program complies with security regulations. And IM is responsible for the break windows in coordination with each department to facilitate the implementation of the start-up software upgrades with minimal to / from any disruption of operations. IM will report the case to the PM according to the communications management plan for the project. And IM performance will be evaluated by the Project Manager and sent to the functional manager of the IM (network administrator). Must be proficient in managing IM network architecture.
Lead Training (TL), (1 position): The TL is responsible for training of all network users on the features provided by upgrades of existing programs. TL will coordinate training dates / locations with advocate training each department. TL will provide training case for PM according to project communication management plan.
Functional Managers (FM), (2 positions): While not part of the project team, functional managers responsible for providing resources for the project according to the project staffing plan. Functional managers are mostly responsible for working with the Project Manager to identify the skills required to approve the resource assignments. Project managers are also responsible for the assessment of the performance of the resources allocated depends, in part, on the PM suggestion regarding the performance of the project.
Project organizational charts

The Acquisition of Employees:
Software Upgrade Project: Project staff will consist entirely of internal resources. There will be no outsourcing / contracting that are within the scope of this project. The project manager to negotiate with functional managers and department to identify and assign resources according to the organizational structure of the project. The software upgrade project will last for five weeks. All resources are required to project before you begin. The project manager will review work activities assigned to each member of the team at the beginning of the project and communicate all expectations of work to be performed.
